Firemaking
Firemaking is a skill in SimpleScape used to create fires, light objects, and participate in activities such as Wintertodt.
Training Methods
Logs
Players can burn logs with a tinderbox / Golden tinderbox for Firemaking experience. Higher-tier logs grant more experience. Please remember this is base experience you will need to multiply it by your experience rate.
| Log Type | Level Required | XP per Log |
|---|---|---|
| Logs | 1 | 40 |
| Oak logs | 15 | 60 |
| Willow logs | 30 | 90 |
| Teak logs | 35 | 105 |
| Maple logs | 45 | 135 |
| Mahogany logs | 50 | 157.5 |
| Yew logs | 60 | 202.5 |
| Magic logs | 75 | 303.8 |
| Redwood logs | 90 | 350 |
Wintertodt
Wintertodt is a Firemaking-based minigame that requires level 50 Firemaking. It is one of the fastest ways to train Firemaking.
How It Works
- Players chop bruma roots and add them to braziers for Firemaking experience.
- Fletching the roots into kindling provides more points and experience.
- Braziers occasionally break and must be repaired with a hammer.
- Pyromancers heal braziers, when a Pyromancer faints players can assist using rejuvenation potions.
Warmth Meter
Warmth Meter The warmth meter, visible on the HUD at the top left of the player's game client, acts as the player's health when inside the prison. Dropping to 0% warmth will cause instant death. Players can restore their warmth by eating any type of food that heals at least 4 Hitpoints (such as a bite of cake), which will restore 35% warmth, or by drinking a dose of rejuvenation potion, which will restore 30% warmth. Foods which heal in two parts such as hunter meat will restore warmth twice for a total of 70%. Players will also naturally regenerate 8% warmth per minute, with an additional 1% regenerated for each piece of warm clothing worn (up to 4). Various health regeneration methods, such as Hitpoints regenerating items, Rapid Heal, and Heal Other, will further aid warmth regeneration. A ring of life will activate if warmth drops below 10%.
