In Prifddinas and Lletya you can pickpocket elves. Enabling the menu swapper plugin will allow you to left click pickpocket them for very fast experience . Purchasing gloves of silence from the skilling store will help improve your experience per hour.

In the plugins on the client enable the plugin Menu Entry Swapper. This will enable you to shift right click and change the default left click to pickpocket on any pickpocketable NPC.
