Rank	Responsibilities
Owner	Oversees all aspects of Simplescape, including the server, website, and staff operations. Ensures the overall stability, growth, and smooth functioning of the platform.
Manager	Leads the staff team by ensuring high standards of experience and performance. Assists in staff-related decisions and helps enforce consistency across the team. Managers are responsible for being a point of contact for every level of staff members.
Administrator	Supervises player behavior and upholds the rules while supporting and managing the staff team. Plays a key role in maintaining a safe and fair environment. Ensuring lower staff have someone they can confidently ask questions of and confirm punishments / evidence of rule breaking.
Head Moderator	A senior moderation role with greater authority in handling staffing matters and more complex moderation cases. Head moderators look over all mods and support staff. Head mods are trusted to keep an eye not only on the server but Moderator and Support staff.
Moderator	Actively moderates in-game activity, addresses rule violations, and maintains community standards and rules.
Support	Assists with player moderation alongside Moderators and Administrators. Provides frontline help and ensures player concerns and questions are addressed promptly.
