AFK Zone: Train Skills Passively

The AFK Zone can be found to the Northwest of Home, offering players a relaxed way to level up various skills without actively grinding. Here, you can passively train the following skills:

• Agility
• Mining
• Runecrafting
• Farming
• Hunter
• Fishing

To quickly teleport to the AFK Zone, simply type ::afk in-game.

Experience Gains:

Your experience gain will increase as you level up your skills. While training in the AFK Zone, you’ll never be logged out due to inactivity, allowing you to train at your own pace.

Skill Training Limits:

Each skill can only train passively for 4 hours before requiring interaction to continue. Don’t worry though – even after reaching level 99, you can still earn experience!

Skilling Pets:

It’s possible to earn skilling pets from the AFK Zone, with the same pet drop rates as actively training the skill.

Rewards - AFK Shop

Afk Shop - Spirit outside of Zone

While training in the AFK Zone, you'll accumulate AFK Points which can be used to purchase a variety of valuable rewards from the AFK Shop. The AFK Shop is accessible by trading the AFK Zone Spirit, located just outside the AFK Zone.

Crystal Key	1,000 AFK Points	Can be used to open locked chests for loot.
Emote Scroll	1,000 AFK Points	Unlocks a special emote for use in-game.
Royal Seed Pod	5,000 AFK Points	Unlocks a quick teleport.
Slayer Task Skip Scroll	1,000 AFK Points	Allows you to skip your current Slayer task.
Slayer Task Extend Scroll	2,000 AFK Points	Extends your current Slayer task for additional kills.
Slayer Task Pick Scroll	3,000 AFK Points	Allows you to pick your next Slayer task.

Mining

Balanced runestone

To start mining, equip or have a pickaxe that matches your level. Then, click on the Balanced Runestone to begin mining. As you mine, you'll gather Runestone Essence, which you can use for Runecrafting.

Agility

Obstacle pipe

No items required for Agility! Simply click on the Obstacle Pipe in the AFK Zone, and you’ll start training your Agility skill in no time.

Runecraft

Chaotic Alter

To craft runes, you’ll need Runestone Essence, which is collected from the Balanced Runestone in the AFK Zone. Once you have the essence, head to the Chaotic Alter and start crafting your runes!

Yggdrasil located in AFK Zone

To get started with Farming, you’ll need a Rake in your inventory. With that in hand, head to Yggdrasil and begin harvesting crops for some fresh resources!

Hunter

Noose wand

Herbiboar

Training Hunter requires a Noose Wand (equipped or in your inventory). Once you're ready, click on Investigate Herbiboar to begin your Hunter training.

Fishing

A Harpoon

Whirlpool

For Fishing, you’ll need a Harpoon in your inventory or equipped. Once ready, head over to the Whirlpool and start fishing for a variety of fish and rewards!
