Slayer Chests are rewards given to players upon the completion of Slayer tasks. There are five tiers of Slayer Chests, each requiring a specific Slayer level to open: Beginner, Intermediate, Adept, Advanced, and Master. Each chest contains various rewards including coins, bones, ashes, Slayer points, and useful Slayer scrolls.

Obtaining

Players automatically receive a Slayer Chest upon completing a Slayer task, provided they have the required Slayer level. The tier of chest received depends on two factors:

  • The player's current Slayer level
  • The Slayer Master who assigned the task

The highest tier chest that the player qualifies for (based on both their Slayer level and the assigning Slayer Master) will be awarded.

Usage

Slayer Chests can be opened by selecting the "Open" option in the inventory. When opened, the chest will provide one random reward from its loot table and then disappear from the player's inventory.

Scrolls

The Slayer Chests have a chance to provide three types of useful scrolls:

Slayer Skip Task Scroll

When used, this scroll allows a player to skip their current Slayer task without any point penalty.

Slayer Extend Task Scroll

When used, this scroll extends the player's current Slayer task by adding additional monsters to kill.

Slayer Pick Task Scroll

When used, this scroll allows a player to choose their next Slayer task from a selection of tasks appropriate for their Slayer level.

Trivia

  • The higher-tier chests provide better rewards but are only available from higher-level Slayer Masters.
  • Krystilia is unique among Slayer Masters in that she can provide chests of any tier, dependent on the player's Slayer level.
  • The loot from the chests scales with the required Slayer level, with Master chests providing the most valuable rewards.
